Sascha has been a fantastic realtor. I have used her to sell my four rental properties. Due to work and then medical, I could not be there since I live on the East coast she took care of everything. She coordinated with various contractors and myself to get the houses ready for the market. That in itself was no small task (one was a total gut job). She had a great staging company come in and stage each of them, looked so good I wanted to move in myself! We ended up getting multiple offers on each for more than we listed. I would whole heartedly recommend Sascha as a realtor; she was tremendous!

Sascha was super helpful throughout our home shopping experience. We looked at a few homes and placed a few offers through the process and she was helpful and patient the whole way through. Ultimately she fought to create a very competitive offer, which was accepted just as the Covid rush launched the marketplace into extremely competitive territory.
